So, I am only four days into using myfitnesspal (and love it), but today I am having trouble planning what I will cook for dinner. Suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Grilled marinaded Pork chops and some steamed veggies
  • Go to sparkpeople.com and look for recipes for items you have on hand. Cooking Light is an awesome magazine with recipes for "ordinary" things - not exquisite, hard to prepare recipes.
  • 4oz hamburger on the grill (93% lean), with 2% cheese single, onion, tomato then wrapped in lettuce instead of using a bun. Fresh corn on the cob that I will also cook on the grill. Kind of a quick and easy dinner tonight because I have to work until 6:00, workout for 45 minutes and be finished with dinner by the time Big Brother comes on.
  • Warm spinach salad and pork chops. MMMM!!

grilled Tilapia with some seasoned salt, lil garlic, and some butter. really good and easy on the cal counter. Then angel food cake for desert, also nice to the cal counter (with out the cream) :) almost forgot... cucumber salad on the side. recipe... cut 1or 2 cucumbers in to slices (or quarters if you like) pour vinegar and salt over it, let sit for 30 min, drain, mix sourcream, lt mayo, and dill... then enjoy. I can't remember portions but its not much, do it to your taste.

I did Sicilian Fusilli from the Eat Better America web sight? I cook from here a LOT! It was very good and has Great Northern beans in it so 3 hours down the road I am still full.
