It all started after an all inclusive trip to Mexico. All you can eat/drink for a week straight was not what i needed at the time. I was over 220lbs, not quite sure on the exact weight. I joined MFP in 2012, after watching my Fiancee try all kinds of diets without any real sucess, and wanting a change of my own I took the reigns. I started going to planet fitness, and using MFP to track my calories. I lost a good chunk of weight by this time last year. Then I joined Retro fitness, cause planet just was not cutting it anymore. The gym became my church, I went religiously 4 times a week doing Bigger but boring version of 5/3/1.I took my profile picture in june, just 6 months of eating right and exercise. I went on another vacation in August of this year, and thats where my diet and exercise ended. I hadnt done too much damage before my wedding in september, but as of this past sunday I am back up to 199lbs.
