Starting over

2013 was the year I let everything go... weight, health, workout...EVERYTHING. 2013's goal was to lose 25 lbs, and I'm luckyI only gained 10 lbs so this year's goal...35 lbs. any and all of the encouragement and help is appreciated. I know the drill, know what I'm supposed to do. I just need to mentally get back on track.
