Vegans, Vegetarians, Whole Foods, Non GMO buddies wanted

Hello, I am new to MFP. My son who is a personal trainer insisted this would be a great help to me while working out and getting a handle on my weight. I was once a personal chef and would love to share and learn new recipes, and I definitely need motivation to make myself work out 5 days a week. I hope to learn to love being active once again.
