new to mfp, looking for motivation/weight loss buddies

hey
im 27, 5ft3 and 11st 10.
i was doing pretty good getting back to my pre children weight of 7st 8 before i broke 2 metatarsals and had a cast on for 17 weeks. had it off a few weeks now and although i still have pain i can't sit about any longer.
my downfall was resting on the consultants orders and getting too lazy/sore to stand and cook for myself after cooking for the kids.
i have never really eaten 3 meals a day,can't eat breakfast as it always makes me feel so nauseous so dinner and some supper is what i usually have with a snack in between.
where do i start?
never had a problem loosing before, but i am just stuck this time around. found it was harder after having my 2nd child in 2010.
quite a fussy eater as well so i don't make it easy for myself
