October 15 2013 to now 53lbs down!

Started at 321 lbs I am now 268! All through eating 1600-1800 calories a day, mainly veggies and lean meats, and exercising 5-6 days a week and moving more daily! I went from doing a 17 min mile (and dying after) to running 39 min 5k (and not being tired after) I was wearing size 26/28 pants and now wear 18/20. I'm 5'8". About 108 more lbs to go!
