Hello, My name is Mike, I'm 23, 198 lbs, 5'4, I live in Ontario :)
I've gained weight due to meds/bad eating, but it's a new year and decided to start over again, I have anxiety disorder, TS, OCD, and a learning disability, anyways, just wanting to make friends to stay accountable, I've had a few different accounts but I want to stick with this one (using through my FB) Anyways, feel free to add me, I just need motivation :)
And a quick question, it's saying I should eat just over 1300 calories a day, doesn't that seem to low? I've heard things saying men shouldnt' eat less than 1400-1500 calories a day,.... Any help?

-Mike-

  • It depends on how active you are. When you exercise that adds more cals for you to eat back. MFP uses a math equation to figure out how much you need to eat for how much you want to lose.

I work at McDonald's, so I'm running back and forth quite a bit (kitchen)
other than that I don't exercise a lot...
  • I would set my preferences to active and 1to2lbs a week. I would eat back most exercise calories but keep it cleaner options. Good luck!
