Entering In Exercise

Ok I am trying to enter in my workout and find it hard to believe I cant find Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30 not in the list. I have no idea how many calories I burned but I did the 30 min week one What do I do??????

    You can enter as circuit training in cardio section.
  • You should totally get a heart rate monitor with the chest strap. It will give you much more accurate results than MFP will.
  • If a gal was to get a HRM how would you log the calories burned in the exercise diary? I've been searching the board for this answer and cannot find it.

    MFP stands for My Fitness Pal. It's the website you're on right now.

    With an HRM reading you can either log the exercise you did but change the calories you burn manually to match your HRM's reading or you can create your own exercise and enter the data yourself.
