Hey!
I am looking for new ideas to freshen up my cardio routine... I love the crossramp and treadmill!!!
Right now my crossramp looks like this:
Minutes
1-3 Crossramp 3 - Resistance 3
3-5 CR 4 R4
5-7 CR5 R5
7-9 CR6 R6
9-11 CR7 R7
11-13 CR8 R8
13-15 CR7 R7
15-17 CR6 R6
17-20 CR5 R5
5 Minute cooldown and CR 3 and R 3
I usually get a 235 calorie burn in 25 minutes.
Treadmil, I just play around with incline and speed.
Does anyone have any great HIIT workouts that bring a good calorie burn?

I do jump rope and burpees. Burpees are a real killer!! :noway: Do 10 burpees, rest for 30 seconds, repeat 10 times.
With the jump rope, I vary it. 2mins skip, 2mins walk x 7 or 1min skip, 1 min walk x 10 or 30 seconds...........
or there are circuits if you go to a gym, but I dont do them personally

Try the insanity workout, its a good HIIT workout, you can burn up to 1000 per workout. I generally burn around 650 to 850 depending on the workout. The first month they are 40 minute workout, with the occasional ab workout that adds another 15 min. The second month (which I haven't started yet) are 60 minute workouts.0
