New years resolution. Last time i lost 50 pounds and gained 30 back due to circumstances beyond my control. To ensure I do not fall prey to falling back into bad habits I am starting completely fresh. It is all well and good when your losing or maintaining your weight, but when you gain it is quite infuriating. That being said this time I have somewhere to live where I can control what I eat once more and access to a decent place to work out and I am in much better shape than last time. I am hoping that will help. Also something I learned. Start with smaller goals and relish in the smaller victories. I hope this time it will make things easier. Just to fill in the gaps, I was doing wonderful until I was forced to move out of my home due to mold, I moved into a place I could not control the food intake. I didn't start back up when I moved into a new home, Better late than never. I guess the new year made me feel like I needed to take charge and make a change.
