30 day plank challenge

It's really easy. Only takes 20 seconds for the first few days. Strengthens your abs, arms, and back. You're welcome to join our Facebook group to be encouraged and reminded to do it everyday. There's a picture on the page that details how many seconds to plank each day. Happy New Year and have fun planking!!

  • I've started doing this (day one yesterday). My muscles are extremely well buried so didn't expect to feel anything but got excited when I realised that I actually had muscles and that they had actually done some work :)

    Planks are so great. I did some at the gym today. They really target your muscles.

    Once you can do more than 30 seconds it's probably time to move on to something more challenging.

    Planks on a Swiss ball or roll out planks on a Swiss ball.
