It's really easy. Only takes 20 seconds for the first few days. Strengthens your abs, arms, and back. You're welcome to join our Facebook group to be encouraged and reminded to do it everyday. I've started doing this (day one yesterday). My muscles are extremely well buried so didn't expect to feel anything but got excited when I realised that I actually had muscles and that they had actually done some work0
