T25- A lot of floor work?

I started Insanity, but didn't finish for two reasons. 1) I found it boring as heck and 2) It has a lot of floor work requiring me to be on my hands. I have wrist problems and found myself wasting time during all of the floor stuff. Does T25 have the same kind of on your hands floor work? Also, any thoughts on the boring aspect? Seems like it might be less boring just being in 25 minutes instead of 50 or more. I have TurboFire and love it. I just need to have some other options. I prefer the choreographed kind of programs, but I need them to be hard core. Thanks!

There is a fair amount of floor work in T25 so you would have to modify (there is a great modifier though). As for the boring aspect, my only solution would be to not do anything you find boring! Like you already experienced, if you find something boring you're not going to do it! Try a few other workouts and see what sticks! Maybe Shaun T's style isn't for you but Tony Horton or Chalene Johnson's might be! :) I know for me I have a rough time doing Tony Horton workouts but I could do Chalene's workouts twice a day, EVERY day because I love her training style AND her workouts! You gotta find what works for you for you to stick with it and get results!

I saw the "A lot of floor work" title and immediately thought of mermaid dancing in Pitch Perfect ... anyone else?
  • there is a lot of floor work, but instead of using the floor use a chair, look online for modifications with a chair, they work the same but they are fun..

A lot of still that would require you to be in plank or side plank can be done resting on your forearm/s. With knowing more specifically what exercises your looking to modify, it's hard to make good suggestions.
