Going TOTALLY in another direction.

Hi everyone.
I have decided to swim stream up and go totally in a new direction regarding my whole outlook on diet and training.
I did a lot of reading, watching and studying up alternative dieting methods and new training regimes. This is what I have started doing....I believe any form of exercise has to be good for you and eating clean must have a positive effect, so I ditched the 6 meals a day diet and replaced it with Intermittent Fasting (IF) and stopped doing 30 minute cardio and replaced it with 4 minute Tabata exercises. So basically I eat 2 meals a day and only from 12pm to 8pm (my 8 hour feeding window) and I train in a fasted state (empty stomach).
I'm telling you guys....I FEEL AMAZING! I have never had this much energy and strangely...I feel stronger. I really enjoy the way I train (still doing weights) and eat now and I cant see myself doing it in another way again ever, never say never ;-) I do a lot of kettlebell training and I am going to start adding Calisthenics next week.
Lets see how it goes. I have already lost 22 pounds of bodyfat in the last 7 weeks, but I need to still lose a few pounds. Holding thumbs.
