Hi all.
Would you consider taking Raw Honey & Ceylon Cinnamon bad in the way of sugar intake?
I read somewhere that it's very beneficial for all sorts of health reasons (including weight loss) but I notice the sugar content in the honey is 80.8g per 100g

Hiya
I drink green tea with honey and cinnamon - make a great drink and certainly help boost your fat burning metabolism. As with most things you have to do so in moderation . thre or four cups a day is good.0 -
It doesn't do anything for weight loss. Drink it if you like it.0

1. sugar is not bad. there are no bad or good foods, just food.
2. Calorie deficit is what creates weight loss not a raw honey and cinnamon drink…so eat in a calorie deficit and you will lose weight, and as long as you are in said deficit then you can have sugar too = win!0
