Over macros, but under your calories

What do you do? Do you eat your calories, or stop for the day?

There is a popular term what gets alot of attention, IIFYM (if it fits your macros)
if you have hit your macros but are still under caloric allowance then i believe you can fill in the difference with whatever you like
since you have already given your body the nutrients it needs.

I am not sure how you can be over on all your macros but under calories? unless stuff you're logging has the wrong calorie count or macro information?

generally speaking you are fine to be over on Protein, MFP sets it rather low to start with.

Ice cream is usually how I handle that problem.

If I still have room in my appetite, i eat whatever I want at that point. IF i'm not hungry i wait to be hungrier tomorrow. I do the same if I am hungrier than my cal goal, i eat over and let tomorrow make up for it.

Looking at it more as a week than a day by day thing helps me not to have to force or starve anything. It has helped me a lot since my hunger isn't always directly in line with my workouts. Sometimes there is like a half day to a day delay.

I eat if I'm hungry. Rounding up from MFP or inaccurate entries can mess up macro/calories ratio, plus fiber always messes up the carb macro anyway.

Protein and fat macros are minimums. I also track fiber as a minimum. Going over those and staying under calories is good.
