Haha..there's definitely a knack to it and once you've got it it's fine. Try practicing doing it up without putting the bra on, in front of you, then above your head, so you get the feel of it. You'll get there in the end!

Which strap do you do first?

Bump. I just ordered one of these (the 4490) and am wondering how I will do this. Who has tips?

I do the top clip up before I put it on and then pull it over my head like a vest top, pop the ladies in and then do up the bottom clip.

I just pull it on over my head. Works for me.

I do both the top and the bottom up in the front, twist around, put the girls in, and squeeze my arms under the shoulder straps, tighten the shoulder straps.I think my shoulders are too broad to put it over my head.

I get chaffing if the bottom clip is not tight enough on long runs, and the girls hurt (from rubbing I imagine) if I do not do the top strap enough. I kind of feel like a contortionist getting my arms in the straps but I manage.

It really is the best running bra ever!

Also a good idea; I'll try that too. Whatever you do, it involves acrobatics  , but it's probably just a bit of getting used to.
It has arrived and fits perfectly, yippee!

Practice makes perfect, just keep trying. In the beginning I couldn't do it without yoga-esque bends, now I can do them up one handed. Wait til you get to the gym bra, that's even harder to do up.

Really worth it though, it is the best running bra out there. But then, I got like 5 of them so I'm a bit biased...

And that is the reason I didn't get the running bra:)

I'm in luurrrvve! Wore it today to the gym: felt totally great and no straps sliding off my shoulders! Awesome!
