Hi, I've been doing MFP since October and been doin the gym since September. but I was putting in my exercise and then I was eating more than what my calorie intake was given to me. I've stayed the same weight since using MFP I lost 1 stone 5lbs my first month an thought this would help lose more. What am I doing wrong? Thanks for ur help

Definitely log your exercise! Even for weight loss you'll need to eat according to the type of workouts you do and MFP is designed to take your workouts into consideration when they give you your daily calorie count!
If you're really unsure, just try it for two weeks and see what happens!0
