A good low calorie pizza idea.

Ingrediants:
100 calorie flat bread
1/4c pizza sauce
1/4c cheese
turkey pepperoni


Toast the flatbread spread the sauce put the cheese and pepperoni on. pretty easy lol The total calories are only 245 for two slices

  • Me too...........pizza is one of those nessesary evils in my world........I've tried to run from it, and I loose everytime :tongue: This just might be answer!

    you can also use chicken breast and load it with veggies. we did chicken artichoke spinach on ours tonight:love:

    Yum! I had a couple of slices of Trader Joe's Spinach pizza tonight............yummo!

    we do basically the same thing, but we pile the toppings on and then bake at 350 straight on the oven grate. spray the bottom of the flatbread w/ oil first. we also like to do this w/ bbq chicken, grilled onions, and cheddar cheese. LOVE that one.
