Getting out of a rut!

Hey everyone,

I just decided to do this because I have gotten into a rut that I don't like. In college, I was a varsity athlete and was always fit, but I have been out of college for a year and have been very inactive, which caused me to gain what I guess should have been my freshman 15! I dislike the tire that is forming around my belly, and I don't have the money to buy a whole new wardrobe for my added pounds, so I want to get back into my college clothes! I really just want to drop 10 lbs, which seems doable, right? I'm tiny anyway (5'1 120lbs), but extra weight just shows up more on someone as small-framed as me.

Good luck to everyone!
Myra

I so know the feeling! Im 4'll and 120 and my perfect weight is about 100-105...gaining/loosing even just five pounds makes a huge difference to us short people! :) Good luck on your weight loss goals, I know you will do great!! :D -Katie
