Crunchy Quinoa Salad

This is by far my favourite Quinoa salad, simple, but delicious !
Ingredients
2 Cups Cooked Quinoa
1/4 cup Arame (A kind of seaweed)
1 Cup grated Carrots
1/2 Cup finely chopped Red Pepper & Celery
3 Green Onions, chopped
1/4 Cup Sunflower Seeds
1 Cup chopped Parsley
Dressing
1/3 Cup Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
3 Tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
1 Tbsp. Tamari
1/2 Tsp. Black Pepper
1 Tsp Herbamare (or any other kind of salt)
1/4 Cup Toastes Sesame Seeds (or Pumpkin Seeds!)
Soak the Arame in 1/2 cup of water for about 5 minutes. Drain. Mix the dressing together well, then pour over salad!
