New Year New Goal

I have been on here for the past year I started January 6th 2013 and i have slacked off a lot over the last several months. I have found i can not do this on my own i must have help keeping motivated and someone holding me accountable to finish my diary and to exercise at least 3 times a week. I am logging on in the mornings i just forget to finish logging and i have not been motivated to exercise.

So if you think you can help keep me motivated or hold me accountable for what i have done please send me a friend request. i will do my best to return the favor.

    My goals this year: to log everything that crosses my lips and complete my diary daily(under or over my calorie intake) and exercise at least 3 times a week. Anytime I am slacking to have my pals say something. I need to stay on track this year. I know I can not do it alone, I have tried and it doesn't work for me I need help with staying motivated.

    Tasha....I don't motivate anyone on here. I encourage, congratulate and sometimes commiserate. But motivation is kinda up to you. If having extra eyes on your fitness activity helps you stay motivated, that's about the only way I'd consider myself part of your motivation.

    You can achieve the goals you set for yourself. The goals can and should be a motivator. Do you have clear, define, and easily measured goals or just a general wish to lose some weight? Set some goals and use them to help get motivated!!
