New year..new me.

Alright so, about a year ago I started using MFP. I got into the habit of logging and the occasional workout. I started with healthy eating and just generally changing my lifestyle. I made some friends and became pretty motivated. I was a few weeks into logging and I could notice the weight coming off. That small victory of not only myself, but others around me noticing my small change, just motivated me further.
And then it happened..I lost track and stopped using the site.
The healthy eating that I had established slowly faded and my old eating habits came back. My exercise halted and the weight I had lost came back and then some. It's a new year and with this year will come a new me. I'm here to jumpstart my newly discovered lifestyle and motivate those around me. If anyone needs motivation, feel free to add me.
