Hi

So hi. So far I've lost 26 pounds.. I had gained 6 back after I was in a car accident in the summer but now I'm back on track and back down to 155. My goal it so reach 135 by October and I know I can beat that time frame because my first 20 lbs came off between march and june 2013. So I wouldn't say I'm new to MFP or starting over but instead that I'm completing what I started. I plan to use MFP to its fullest and that includes the forums and all you here for help, advice, and motivation. Thanks for reading this and feel free to add me as a friend
