For the meal planners

Options
http://www.eatthismuch.com/

You enter the amount of calories you wish to eat, macro ratios, and number of meals you would like to eat, and it cranks out a menu for you to follow. You can also set specific diets (vegetarian, low sodium, low cholesterol).

I played around with it a bit (not really a meal planner myself), and it appears to be free. Premium account (not sure what that entails or cost) available.

I see that you can switch it to grams ;) that's a bonus!

After playing with it for a while and checking the options its too 'fidgety' for me. I didn't like many of their suggestions - I'm very much a 'meat & potatoes' type of gal and weird combinations of food just don't appeal to me. I can see where it may be good for ideas for people just starting out or those who aren't so picky about what they are eating though!
