Question about calorie intack...myfitnesspal has me set at 1200 calories a day to lose weight but my body bug has me set at 1900 calories per day and burning 2900 calories to loss 2 lbs a week...I am average around 1100 to 1250 calories per day and have been burning on average of between 2800 and 3200 calories per day. Wondering which calorie intack I should shot for the bodymedia one or the myfitnesspal one

Are you doing any exercise? The way MFP is set up it expects you to log your exercise each day and adds calories to your goal when you do. That's usually the cause of any differences between two systems.

I'll just say that you probably don't have to eat as little as 1200 calories to lose weight. I'd go with the 1900 calories until it doesn't work anymore, and then reassess.

Thank ya'll. I am not eating the exercise calories that myfitnesspal shows which is around 800 to 1000 a day.

If you decide not to eat the exercise calories, I would STRONGLY recommend sticking to the 1900 calories then. No reason whatsoever to only net 800-1000 a day.
