Over eating at night...Any suggestions?

I do great during the day, having almost no cravings and feel awesome. But at night is when I usually slip up, I almost always give in, over eat and indulged in what I shouldn't. I know the obvious answer of just not eating or keep busy. But does anyone have any advice to make this transition easier? Or is it just that I don't have the will power?

    You for sure need the will power and plan ahead what you will eat. I suffer from this a lot too. I taught myself how to crochet and now I do that when I want to munch. Also I try and stay busy until 8:00 then have a snack. Good Luck it is hard but it can be done. I also don't eat after 9:00 or try my hardest not to. If I get a real binge on I go to bed and read.
