Happy new year to all MFP users!

Hi all, I'm Stacie. I'm a mummy, employee and college student. Life is hectic and I barely give any thought to my diet as I always go for quick and simple over healthy. And boy have I noticed some changes in my body!

I'm not going to "diet" as I think I'll crave/binge more if I deprive myself of everything. I need to make small changes (like swapping drinks to water and if I want a fizzy drink then have a diet one etc) and have to work on my portion sizes. I'm also aiming to walk to work at least once a week to build up my exercise.

Would love to get to know you all and help each other on our journeys.
