Hi everyone thought i would introduce myself, I have recenlty been doing ww and had to cancel my subscription due to cash issue and not being able to get to the meetings i have lost 18lb so far and am hoping this site can help me loose more..

Weird going back to cal counting after points but i'll give it a go !!

    welcome to the MFP- i found it really helpful i not been doin it long, but every wk i been doin more exercise, this is comin from someone that only got exercise runnin round after the boys.
    I really love the site i come on a few times a day to update my food diary and to see how much calories i have left, i think u will really like bein on here and so will get in the routine of countin everything u have, it has some really nice ppl on here so u dont feel alone in ur battle to lose the weight u dont want.
