Red and Black raspberry water

I drink a lot of water and sometimes it can get boring. So what I have been doing lately is buying frozen Red and Black Raspberries. I add them to a large pitcher about half way then fill with water. Then I add about 2 tablespoons of Amber Agava Nectar. It has no artificial sweetener taste-it's a good alternative to use instead of processed sugar. It is also Gluten free and Vegan friendly.
You can use any frozen fruit you like, I've tried a bunch of different ones and I have found that the raspberries hold up the best. You can use the same berries a few times just add more water and more Agava and some extra berries if you need too. Instead of throwing the berries away I keep them and mix them with a Greek yogurt sometimes I will add a bit of honey to the yogurt.

You're welcome I hope you enjoy it!
I just signed up today, so I'm hoping to find some good recipes and maybe some exercise tips for those of us who suffer from Fibromyalgia.
