I got a set of adjustable weights for christmas, 2.5 on both sides or two 2.5 on each side... I was wondering what weight training would be good with these weight? i have never done this before so even if you send me a site with ideas on what workouts/how many reps to do? I've never used weights before and I don't want to pull a muscle either so even tips would help?
Thank ya! :flowerforyou:

You can burn calories doing pretty much anything. I can give you a body weight circuit to do that will leave you crying and sweating. BUT to really change body composition, you must go heavier then that.
Remember heavy weight doesnt equal a bulky or "manly" physique, it will only give you the results you have always desired!0
