Starting Again

Hello,

Just wanted to introduce myself and say that I have just started on the path to trying to lose weight. I've lost weight in the past but always put it back on. Hopefully this time it will stick as I'm not going to do anything major (no crash diets or crazy, impossible to maintain plans). Just plan on going slow but have quite a bit to lose before i would be happy.

Looking forward to using the community hear for motivation.....
