I'm Misty. I'm a 32 year old Mom of 3. I'm looking to loose 130 pounds, which will bring my weight to 150. I'm looking for friends & support. My hubby says he's supportive of my weight loss, but he keeps bringing home junk food & encouraging me to watch movies with him instead of exercising. I homeschool & am taking classes myself, so time is at a premium. Would love to hear suggestions on exercising & some healthy recipes.
