I actually didn't do a workout this morning but since no one else has started this topic yet I thought I would. I was supposed to do a leg workout today but I opted for more sleep instead, so today's workout has been moved to Monday's workout.
For those that may have missed the first four days of this, it's just intended to be a daily thread where everyone can share their workout for the day. You can use it as an accountability tool, a source of information, a bragging board or whatever else you may choose. .
