I lost my fibit one and I am sad. :(

Damn thing was amazing but it's 100 bucks. I got home, changed, and realized it was nowhere. Trying to retrace my day had no success. This was over a week ago. Should I buy another? Should I buy a new one? Suffer my loss? Boo!

    How often did you use it? Of course, I have no idea what it is, but if you used it often, I would purchase another one. However, if you think you could be successful without it, try that for a while and then re-evaluate your decision.

    Do you still have the receipt etc? Contact Fitbit's customer service - it's awesome, and I don't often use that word. You may well find that they'll send you another one :happy: - how cool is that!! I lost mine in the garden & managed to find it the next day, but I could have had a new one if it didn't turn up. Good luck!!

    if you have the fitbit phone app that you sync via bluetooth, then turn it on and try to sync it. Since Bluetooth is a short-range connection, then if it syncs you know it is nearby. It doesn't help you with the "where" specifically, but if you could narrow it down to your house, car, or workplace - that may be helpful.

    Thanks, I did that right away and it wouldn't sync. I went to change clothes at home after I was out and about for the day, and it wasn't clipped on me anymore. I still kept trying to sync it all throughout my house and car with no luck. We tried checking where we were but it didn't turn up.

    I am communicating with the company and they are really awesome. It's sounding like they're going to replace it. They're about to have a life-long customer if they do!!
