setting goals and motivation

So I am here because I need a group of people who can help motivate me towards small healthy goals. Please realize there are times where I wish to be self motivating and will at times guide my exercise. I am very obese, although my husband would say I do well for someone my size. Ladies, I am very blunt about my weight I have no problem being realistic and letting everyone see my results. Just realize I am human, and I am not perfect. If we can set those boundaries I am open to having support and helping others who need it back.

That being said I am biking on weekends so far, I have to build my endurance though because the bike seat hurts (XD ) I am sure you can understand. Although I am quickly learning No pain no gain. When I am too sore to do that I will take a long walk with my husband for several hours. I am hoping to achieve several goals, then reward myself with a gym membership. although if all goes well I may get one before then.
