Need help defining the lose skin that comes with weight loss

Does any one have tips on how to maintain the lose skin that comes with weight loss. This is m biggest and utmost fear with losing the weight that I want to lose. I need some ideas and help on how to keep my skin tight so it doesn't get to lose. I know that I really cant avoid this extra lose skin but I know there are ways to help with it not being some much. Ideas, Help? Add me for motivation and support!! Thanks yall

You look young - and lots of people lose weight when they are young without any loose skin. I gained and lost 50 pounds with each of my two kids with no lose skin. Good genes and luck.
I've lost 40 pounds after 50 my belly is a tiny bit lose, but it's not the skin - it's just my lack of muscle tone. And it's gotten better wtih time. And I look a zillion times better than I did with the weight.
Don't worry! Lose the weight!

What she said. A friend of mine lost 50 lbs last year and said she got loose skin...She said she didnt do any strength training.. I said well thats why you need to0 -
