Any of you ever tried this? I loved steps and I like Claire so thought I'd buy it to see what it's like.

Looks ok from what I've seen. The five steps are nothing new or groundbreaking and follow the same general steps all credible workouts follow (although she changes the name like most DVD workouts do).
Looks like it could be fun kind of like zumba. If it gets you motivated to get in shape and stay in shape, then it is the best workout routine. Consistency is the key.
Memory is the key (sorry for the nerdy reference). So remember to keep up the workout.0
