Need motivation

I've gained all of my weight back. I feel okay physically but I hate that I let it get this out of control. I need help to get back into working out and tips on how to stay motivated.
I'm on here to track my eating again and I'm going to start working out very soon. I have a treadmill at home and a free gym to use when I'm at school.

    My motivation comes through FItbit. I have several friends on there (most I met through here). I am very competitive and try to have more steps than they do. More step is more calories burned. Some time i get the steps through running other times it's through my Insanity DVDs.
    Other people I know love having a workout buddy. Someone who kick you in the rear when you need it and vice versa. Keeping track of your mile times as they drop is a great way to stay motivated too. Hope that helps some!
