Time to start - again

Hi there, I'm going to start (again) to lose weight. I lost 20kgs 2 years ago, but then lost interest so the weight came back on. This time, instead of trying to lose it "biggest loser" style, and losing heart when it doesn't work, I'm aiming for 1/2-1 kg per week, while learning about portion sizes (my biggest thing), while meeting new people, getting tips and getting support along the way. This time I'm doing this "turtle style" - slow and steady. I know it will take a couple of years at least to lose this weight - after all, it took years to put it on, so it's going to take some time to take it off.
