I do 30 minutes of cardio after every gym session is that enough to keep losing while gaining muscle or should i focus more on cardio than strength? My caloric intake is 2000 everyday but i usually keep a 800 calorie deficit after the workout calories are added

Only thing that matters is calories if you are trying to lose weight. Weight training for three times a week will help to help your strength up.0

You can't build muscle while at a caloric deficit. however, doing str training in conjunction with cardio will prevent muscle loss while losing weight.0

you wont gain muscle with an 800 calorie deficit. with the exception of newbie gains you cant lose fat and gain muscle at the same time.0
