How do you add the progression bar in the forums?

Sorry im still new here and i was just wondering how i can add my weight progression bar to my forum posts

    At the top of the forum list, there is an option called "Settings" (with an orange arrow next to it). If you click on that and check the box, your ticker will show up in your forum posts. (:
