not much to lose...

Hi there, I don't have a LOT of weight to lose, am really looking for some like minded people to chat with who care about eating well and exercising. My friends and family have no interest in either area so at times feel like a bit of an alien! My exercise of choice is crossfit, however am beginning the c25k and enjoy bike riding and walking. I am somewhat of a pescatarian, primarily vegetarian.
