I'm going to start Ripped In 30 on Monday, and was wondering how to calculate the calories burned for MyFitnessPal exercise log.
The workouts are 20 minutes long, and I'm on week one.
I weigh 107lbs (7st, 7lbs), and I'm 4ft 11in in height.
