Just joined!

Heya! My name is Leah, and I recently rejoined this site after totally deciding that "Nah, losing weight is too hard for me" about 9 months ago. Now I have somehow managed to pile on even more pounds to my ever increasing thighs, so I thought now might be the time to try and shift my flab! I'm just looking for some support and some friends, because goodness knows I will have moments where cake and beer seem like a more enjoyable alternative to exercise and salad. Really enjoying using this site so far, and I really am working hard on trying to lose the pounds!! :D

    I could have posted this!! I find my biggest problem is I'm not that big therefore I start a diet and get bored then think "aaaah well I'm not huge so I don't need to diet" . I need people who will motivate me to keep going! Feel free to add me anyone! x

    You took the words out of my mouth! I just joined and definitely need some motivation. I have the same issue...I say I'm not that big and can get the weight off without a diet. Well, I said that all of 2013 and the weight didn't come off...more went on. Time to take control. Feel free to add me as a friend for motivation and support. Here's to 2014 being the year to achieve our goals!
