Fitbit Flex help needed!!

Hi can anyone help me today I received my Fitbit flex and I was really looking forward to getting it so that it motivates me to move more, I went online to Fitbit setup and set up as required and everything was cool, came back to it to look at my dashboard and it says no devices paired! I went to MFP and linked accounts but I don't know what is supposed to happen does it automatically update my fitness diary for the day? Any help would be great!

I just joined MFP but have been a fitbit user for some time. I linked my fitbit flex through MFP yesterday and didn't know if it was working until the end of the day when I got a nice calorie adjustment due to the steps taken. Hope this helped.0

Thanks but what about the pairing of device on Fitbit site, when I try to repair it says device found but then back at dashboard no device paired? Driving me daft :-/0
