Maybe someone can give me some advise.

If you eat carbs and protein separately, not in the same meal, would that help you to burn more fat? And of course , lose more weight.

I usually mix and match carbs and protein, I have never really heard of seperating them.

    Hummmmm, new one on me?

That's not something I've ever heard of...... and it doesn;t really make sense. You should be having both at every meal.

Actually, if you have some protein with your carbs, it slows down the rate of absorption of the carbs and lessens the impact on your blood sugar. I would think, based on that, that if you mixed them you would stand a better chance of losing faster.

I have heard of not mixing carbs with protein meal combos. Such as eating your chicken breast with a salad and the next meal having fruit and carbs. Something about it confusing the body's metabolism.
    Here's an article I found.
