What If???

What if just for today:

I talked to myself as I would a friend.
I focused on the positive things in my life.
I ate healthy food because I knew it was best for my body.
I exercised for at least 30 minutes because I knew it would make me stronger and happier.
I logged my food and exercise for the day.
I did something that made me feel special.
I took the time to really notice the gifts all around me.

What if I repeated this tomorrow?
