From the cookbook: The Vegan Slow Cooker
Sweet Potato White Bean Soup
1 medium sweet Potato
2 garlic gloves minced
2 stalks of celery chopped
1 (14.5 ounce) can of diced tomatoes
1 can (14.5 ounce) white beans rinse and drained
5 cups water
2 tablespoons bouillon
2 cups chopped swiss chard
2 sprigs of parsley minced
salt pepper to tase

Add to crock pot cook 6-8 hours

The recipe was already in the database but the results looked low:
the Vegan Slow Cooker - Sweet Potato White Bean Soup, 1.5 cup (calories)98 (carbs)18 (fat)1 (Protein)5 (calcium)0 (fiber)0
Since it looked low I added it in to the database and I got this:
Vegan Slow Cooker - Sweet Poato White Bean Soup, 1.5 serving (calories)164 (carbs)32 (fat)1 (protein)9 (calcium)15 (fiber)8

Which do you think is right?

You could enter this as a recipe and see what result you get. That way you can see for sure what is correct. I know that is a PITA, but better safe than sorry.

I did, which is the second result I showed. But it's just SOOOOOO different from the first one I'm unsure on my results.

I would trust th recipe builder before I trusted a result someone else entered. I have found a lot of errors, or just plain screwy, results in the database.

    Good luck!

Don't trust the entries in the database; always double check them. Half of them seem to be wrong, even from items with nutrition labels. I like to build my own recipes and use that. Also, when you pull up the nutrition info and you see it's wrong you can click on "no" when it says is this information correct? This allows you to edit the entry and add the correct information.

ETA: Definitely don't use the first one. No way you're going to get no fiber with a potato in the recipe.

Yeah I thought the protein was low too with all the bean in it too.
