Where do you notice weight loss first?

I started noticing my hips and stomach... gotta ways to go but so far i have dropped 5 sizes...OMG!!!! im going to keep it going for life!!!!0

My face is always first to lose... And the first place to gain.., when I've seen a couple of double chins in the past I knew it was time to get healthier again!!
I also put kn weightin my belly so I usually lose it first there too, boobs too unfortunately :-(0 -

I first noticed in my waist and face. I have lost 19 pounds so far and a few people are just starting to notice.0

Not sure what other people's experiences are, but the very LAST places I gain it are usually the FIRST to come off. For instance the upper back rolls, around the face/neck, my calves, & stomach. I have also found my watch is looser even though I haven't lost a bunch. I am wondering how much of that is the amount of muscle gained to fat lost instead of just pounds on the scale, though.0

Starting waist: 40 inches... now it is 36.
Starting hips: 44 inches... now it is just under 40.
Starting bust: 40.5 inches... now it is 38.
Starting mid (the place right under your boobs.. just under where the band of your bras sits): 34 inches... now 33 inches.
lol I took measurements and they seemed pretty even all over for where it was all coming off. I have WAY more from my waist and below to lose though than my bust/ arms.
I have lost 23.6 lbs and people have just now started to really notice.0 -
Clavicles, shoulders, and ribs.0

the first weight came off of my face, waist, and legs. love handles came off last.0

I lost first in the boobs. Waited til my goal weight to go out and buy new bras, heh.0

For me it was knees, elbows, wrists, upper shoulders... I noticed that I could feel these bones more than I could with the few extra pounds.0

Mine comes off in reverse order to where it went on. So, stomach and face. If the trend holds true, the last place it''ll come off is my butt and thighs.0

It may be all in my head, but I feel like I can see a difference in my face almost immediately. Maybe it's not as immediate as I think it is, but it's definitely the place that I notice it first. Next would be my waist. It doesn't seem to budge from the belly nearly as quickly.0

I don't know what goes first for me, but my muffin-top gut and 2nd chin always seem to be last. My legs can fit into smaller pants than my waist will allow, it's so frustrating! I guess my legs and ribs/stomach-area go first.0

depends where i start!
this latest time, it's been my butt/hips
usually I lose it evenly and keep my same proportions, but I gained some in th ebutt, so the first thing to go was the hips/butt.
now that Im back to my "normal" proportions I imagine I will lose it evenly again, boobs, waist, hips, butt, face, legs arms...0 -
Always when I lose weight, it is most noticeable first around my ribcage, under the breasts. I've lost just 5 lbs. but people are noticing (well, those who see me in underwear or nude, which means my niece and my husband.) And me.0

I always lose weight in my legs first. My tummy is always last as per my luck (or lack thereof).0

my face and upper chest, first time in a long time i've had one chin and you can see my collar bones according to other people my stomach and hip area has gone down but i havent noticed it yet xx0

I notice an all over change usually. My weight isnt perfectly distributed but it comes off evenly.0

Face first and then down from there. (neck, clavicle, shoulders, chest, ...................hips and legs will be the last to lose)0

Everytime I start to lose weight the first thing to get smaller is my chest. Then I feel my tummy and thighs start to look and feel very soft and jelly like. After that everywhere else slims down at the same pace. I do wish my face would stay a bit more round though at my normal weight it is very skinny.0
