Feeling Discouraged

I'm the kind of person that can workout 5 times a day and still have the energy to do more. I love working out, always have! But my problem is nutrition. Don't get me wrong, I try and eat the correct amount of calories based on my needs, I don't eat meat (gave up red meat a couple months ago, gave up all meat last month...but I still eat lots of seafood/Salmon..), I try and stay away from gluten (mostly pastries and white pasta/bread/ect), and I drink half my weight in water, if not more, per day. I eat lots of eggs, oatmeal, and the good stuff.
I just have a problem with sticking to a meal plan. I know what I can afford, I am not picky with food, I even have a meal plan on my Beachbody account that is perfect for me. But I struggle with keeping up to it on a day to day basis.
Anyone else here who struggles with this?
